Mr. Daniel K. Fitzpatrick, also known as Dan, CFA, served as Head of National Mid-Corporate and Industry Verticals Business at Citizens Financial Group inc since December 10, 2014. Mr. Fitzpatrick served as Chief Executive Officer of Eastern Pennsylvania Delaware & New Jersey and President of Eastern Pennsylvania Delaware & New Jersey of Citizens Financial Group, Inc., Citizens Bank of Pennsylvania Inc. and Citizens Bank (New Haven, MO) since November 2007. Mr. Fitzpatrick served as the President of Pennsylvania, President of Philadelphia Market & Middle Market Banking Executive for Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey of Bank of America Corporation since August 30, 2004. Mr. Fitzpatrick served as the Middle Market Banking executive for Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey. In this role, he led America team of commercial bankers who provide commercial lending, treasury management solutions and investment banking services to middle-market companies. As the senior executive for Pennsylvania, Mr. Fitzpatrick provided business, civic and philanthropic leadership for Bank of America throughout the state. Headquartered in Philadelphia, Mr. Fitzpatrick work to strengthen communication and integration among Bank of America Corp. (de)'s local businesses, focusing on continuously improving the customer experience, growing revenue in the Philadelphia market and representing Bank of America in the community. Previously, he held senior leadership positions with PNC Capital Markets and Core States Bank in Philadelphia. Earlier, he was employed at Ernst & Young in Philadelphia. He has been Chairman of Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce since October 2012. He served as Chairman and Director of Select Greater Philadelphia until October 2014. He serves as a Director of The Greater Philadelphia Urban Affairs Coalition. Active in the community, Mr. Fitzpatrick is on the board of the Pennsylvania Economy League and the Philadelphia Museum of Art. He is the chairperson of the Steward's Alliance, a charitable education and social services organization affiliated with Catholic Social Services in Philadelphia. He is also a CPA, a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds Series 7 and 63 Licenses from the National Association of Securities Dealers. His education includes an MBA from Drexel University and a BS in Business Administration from LaSalle University.
