What did you like most about the interview process?The information the had about you was extensive and they knew what to ask you about and they had profiles on every prospective candidate.
What makes you most happy at work?Nothing right now about work and the pressure executive management puts on certain departments. But my coworkers are the reason I continue to go to work.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?To understand that you can't expect anyone to work 12 to 20 hours a day for extended periods of time along with 6 to 7 days a week. Two to three years is way to long to have to do this
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Bonuses truly did not take into account all the time certain people did in certain departments some of which are not by choice.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Working to make sure that the executive team engages all employees
