What are some of the best things about your team?Because of the way Citrine conducts behavioral interviews, the people on our team truly match our company values. Everyone that I work with takes care of business, they chip in when asked, are always happy to take time to get to know each other, answer questions and are simply incredible humans.
What is the best part about your compensation package? While salaries at Citrine may not be as high as some of the other high-tech options in the Silicon Valley, I feel as though what I'm receiving is extremely fair and (as woman) equitable. The leadership team continuously reviews salary across the org to ensure they are within industry standards.
What do you like best about the leadership team? The leadership team at Citrine, just GETS IT. They put humans first and truly listen to the people at the organization. They are continuously focused on creating and maintaining a fair and inclusive culture for everyone, finding ways to create work/life balance and communicating transparently.
