I must admit that my personal experience at CivicPlus has been rather negative, especially when it comes to the workplace culture. As a Black man, I've found it challenging, and unfortunately, the environment hasn't been as inclusive and supportive as I had hoped.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued primarily because the company's compensation structure does not align with the level of responsibility and contribution I bring to the organization. My skills and efforts have consistently led to positive results and contributed to the company's success.
What makes you most happy at work?
To be completely honest, there isn't much that makes me genuinely happy at work. The overall work environment and culture are far from ideal, and I often find it challenging to derive happiness from my daily responsibilities. The lack of appreciation for employee contributions.

Honestly, there isn't much to highlight in terms of positive aspects of the culture and environment at my company. The workplace culture lacks the inclusive and supportive atmosphere that is crucial for employee satisfaction and growth. In my experience, there's a notable absence of transparency.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Collaboration and teamwork are essential in any workplace. While my coworkers are generally skilled and dedicated, there are a few areas where we could collectively improve and work together more effectively. First, communication could be enhanced. More transparent and open communication among team
