Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation. They do not pay me for what I have done for them.
I currently work for CJ Schwan's in the United States. With the COVID pandemic, an executive decision was made to halt the 401(k) matching program. This has gone on for over 6 months, and has significantly undercut my future ROI and jeopardized my long term finances.
What are some of the best things about your team?
People are allowed to be their full selves, bringing with a diversity of thought, opinions, and talents to the table. This makes us all better, and pushes us to new heights.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As long as you do your job, you are free to do what you want.
Front line managers can make or break your career. The managers I've had have all been well coached and trained on inclusion, empathy, Emotional Intelligence, and are very supportive and encouraging when it comes to career goals and aspirations. I feel this comes from a company's culture.

People were warm and friendly, and made me feel welcome and at ease. This allowed me to be my full self, and confidently relay what I had to offer to the company.

What makes you most happy at work?
Working on strategic projects that will impact the trajectory of the company for years to come. Building a legacy and culture of success, while at the same time valuing our shared humanity, and embracing our "togetherness".
