They pay great but thats the best thing i can say and money isnt everything

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Hardees can do better with management and district
Better work environment when it comes to the way they carry on and talk about each other it's not a very safe feeling place
Some type of team outing once in a while Teambuilding
Because of low staffing we are forced to work harder
Over worked and under paid for starters, the morning crew I work with got double platinum on our QA inspection and everybody but the people who got double platinum had a pizza party already and we haven't got our bonuses promised to us by our manager
