There is more supervisors than workers and they all feel for the most part that I should work multiple stations cause I'm not a supervisor. Causing our service and quality of product to suffer

We don't have meetings or and lack educational training
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
My manager forgot his password to log in to his end of the hiring web site.. I got the run around for a month
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Over worked and under paid for starters, the morning crew I work with got double platinum on our QA inspection and everybody but the people who got double platinum had a pizza party already and we haven't got our bonuses promised to us by our manager
