What's the best part of your job at Clariant North America?
My freedom with setting my own schedule and deciding how I will work with my customers.
How do you feel about Clariant North America's future?
It is unclear with the possible merger with Huntsman.
How's the work pace at Clariant North America?
For me it is good and my challenge is trying to not push myself too much with travel.
How challenged are you at Clariant North America?
The biggest challenges are working with supply chain to service our customers in a timely manner. Supplying catalyst from several sites has become an issue in trying to keep the material codes on each PO consistent with the current source of the catalyst.
How do you feel about going to work at Clariant North America everyday?
I feel Clariant offers many opportunities and is growing. In some cases we spend too much time on internal processes that take away from time with our customers. This is however improving. With the possible merger with Huntsman there are some concerns about how the combined company will work in the future but I think most people are optimistic.
What does the leadership team at Clariant North America need to get better at?
