What did you like most about the interview process?
The communication is clear and transparent
It felt comfortable and more get to know you style.
I interviewed under an acquired company, i liked that there was an interviewer and a HR person in the interview and they started with a basic about me chat giving me time to settle. Others have told me they did not have an HR representative in the room and were asked uncomfortable questions.
Interviewing manager was direct and professional
Simple and clean process ( HR , Tech round and Manager round )
The Leadership team involvment and trying to help you make the right decesion. One of the Leadership Team members helped me choose between 2 positions offered to me.
THey have three rounds, selections are merit basis.

Meeting all people to whom i may report as the company is in constamt state of reorg.
HR , Technical, Director , Vice president ( 4 rounds )l Behavioral Questions like how do you handle tasks extremely high pace ( My answer is Results Oriented , Keep it simple, Priorities ,Acknowledgement on timely second top priority explained with scenarios )
