What are some of the best things about your team?
We work well together and no one is a slacker
they achieve their targets often
Everyone has a lot pf different strengths and experiences.
Not too uptight but still cery productive and responsive.
Everyone is willing to pitch in, even our manager, who is awesome. We work as a team and pick up each other's work when necessary.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We need to do better, as a company, communicating between extreme time zones.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Good work life balance and im able to work independently
The culture and environment in the company is great as we are working to cause impact to people's lives through knowledge and healthcare
Lots of encouragement to learn and grow.
Great team with great efforts to collaborate
Mostly positive, within our team and department there is support and comraderie. We work together and actively try to help one another develop our skills.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There needs to be a more encouraging, mentoring approach rather than punitive.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The communication is clear and transparent
It felt comfortable and more get to know you style.
I interviewed under an acquired company, i liked that there was an interviewer and a HR person in the interview and they started with a basic about me chat giving me time to settle. Others have told me they did not have an HR representative in the room and were asked uncomfortable questions.
Interviewing manager was direct and professional
Simple and clean process ( HR , Tech round and Manager round )

There is always something new to learn and work on!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Revenue is declining, i don't know how to fix it. I'm worried how recent government cuts will affect the company
There are no salespeople devoted to certain products. Very few clients or other parts of the business know what it is we are selling.
