Not to be made to feel that you had to work every weekend and overtime every day. Otherwise you weren't worth it.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop promoting cut throat people who barely work. Honestly, there is no culture. It's fend for yourself and if you aren't part of one of the clicks, nobody helps. Again, be kind.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was to the point
The time it took from interview to start was less than a week. Everything was up and running for me day 1.
