Not having leaders in ear shot belittling people.

They need to check their egos at the door and be leaders.

The time it took from interview to start was less than a week. Everything was up and running for me day 1.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop promoting cut throat people who barely work. Honestly, there is no culture. It's fend for yourself and if you aren't part of one of the clicks, nobody helps. Again, be kind.
