Their ability to serve clients and lead our stewards. Our leadership team has managed to change and adapt to many external circumstances over the last 30+ years to keep us in business and saught after.
There's a lot of access to leadership at Clarkston. Every employee has a partner advisor who you interact with regularly, and I've seen the leadership team as a whole act with a lot of transparency and integrity.
They want to see my grow and succeed and give me the tools to do so
You are not just a number to the leadership team, they want you to learn and grow and enjoy being a part of the company. When in meetings if you have opinions or something to say even as a more junior person, they want to hear you out.
