I am a bit torn on this one... lets just say it is middle of the road at this point here after 4 yrs of service.

Challenging at the beginning since I started during the pandemic but as time went along and I learn the company, product offering and had support from my team, I have enjoyed it every minute

I like the visibility to the employees. They are approachable and I feel like they listen and care about your success not just the company success.

They are concerned about the individuals

They care about you as a person

Forth coming with plans and goals for the organization

transparency would be nice. also, to help retain folks there should be some sort of plan to grow your employees within the company. this is non existent. very disappointing.

Interact with the employees and listen. Just saying what they think people want to hear does not make them good executives.

The benefits including paid tuition for continuing education.

I strongly believe that I am beig compesated less than my peers

Completely undervalued and under appreciated. Always going above and beyond job duties and executive team feels its part of the job to work 50 60 hrs a week.

They are willing to help at the drop of a dime and they don't make each other feel small or bad for not having the answers to certain things,
