For non-Sales teams, salary increase requests go through many loops before it's actually approved. It would be great if the company had a quicker process or did annual increases.
Bonus plan should be more attractive, performance review should be accompanied to salary increase..
Sometimes the company pays more to the newly hired employees and forgets to review the salary of the existing good employees, which generates the feeling that the company doesn't value the existing employees.
