What is the best part about your compensation package?
Insurance companies, and medical package companies.
Each quarter bonus is great
Fair compensation and Ok bonus.
The PTO and Sick Time Accrual.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Sometimes the company pays more to the newly hired employees and forgets to review the salary of the existing good employees, which generates the feeling that the company doesn't value the existing employees.
The total compensation doesn't match with the market.
Is not only the money maybe another support
My area is the core of many others, sometimes there are a lot of dependencies that don't allow my area to achieve 100% of our goals despite all the hard work and time invested.
The healthcare plan is too expensive for a family. Also, moreover, the total compensation should be more aligned with the marketplace.
