What does the leadership team need to get better at?
transparency would be nice. also, to help retain folks there should be some sort of plan to grow your employees within the company. this is non existent. very disappointing.
Interact with the employees and listen. Just saying what they think people want to hear does not make them good executives.

Respecting personal time to have a balance between work and personal life, if you block your calendar because you have something important it must be respected..
