What do you like best about the leadership team?
Beside all the obvios answers to this question what I like that is not very common in other companies is the access to them independently of your actual rank in the company.
The leadership team is very goal oriented.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
bonus, insurance, bonus timing payment
Extra Holidays and sick leaves days
number of days for vacation and Holidays. I also like that we have sick days.
The quarterly bonus and health plan.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe my salary is under the market value
For non-Sales teams, salary increase requests go through many loops before it's actually approved. It would be great if the company had a quicker process or did annual increases.
I would like to have a better salary, to be aligned with my peers and the market
a higher salary, competitive according to the market right now
What are some of the best things about your team?
adaptability, strong communication, empathy and mutual respect
My bosses are amazing, my teammates are amazing, and we work very well together towards our common goals. If there is any type of disagreement, my direct manager is always available to listen and collaborate on a possible solution or explain any limitations.
