What has been true from day one still continues to be true 3 months later. Everyone here is welcoming, supportive, fun, and their individuality shines through. Also, I feel like I've been able to be my full self. As a slow to warm/open up person, that's huge for me.

It's been great since day one. The feeling and excitement you get the first week; I still have today. I have the flexibility I need as a new mom, and the support of my team and leadership. I'm also very confident on what the company is doing. I've always been proud and happy to work here.

How friendly, open, and approachable everyone is.

Their communication and transparency. Also, they remain focused and make great decisions on our growth.

I like that they are approachable, willing to help, not afraid to admit mistakes, and they truly consider thoughts/opinions from all levels within the organization.

They're friendly, fun to work with, smart, and hard working. I feel they value a lot of the same things I do and I feel very comfortable with them.

We all come from diverse backgrounds and experiences, and are able to support and easily partner with each other. Also, we each have such different personalities that make for a fun/interesting team dynamic.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part about the compensation package is definitely the equity that you're eligible for from day 1 and 401k contributions. In my experience, not a lot of 4 year old startups offer a 401k option at all.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I see a lot of smiles and feel a lot of positive energy, even at the end of the day. People like to have fun in the slack channels and in meetings, all while getting their work done.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm the most happy when I'm selling the company and talking about the culture. I'm passionate about Clearcover and can easily stand behind our culture and what we're doing. That not only makes me happy but makes my job easier.
