So far, so good. Pay can be MUCH better but as a culture, it's great. And the products themselves are solid to sell.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Low base pay and commission takes too long to make.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It's fast! I was hired in 2 days. THe interviews are short and to the point. No wasted time.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very down to earth, transparent, and nice guys. You feel invested in the company working for Dan and the team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
- VERY nice, helpful co-workers and middle management - Fun times - happy hour and Monday morning breakfasts - Team is personable and available
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Mostly positive, though morale can be low if/when leads are bad (which happens - you can get awful lead lists). Overall, though, all departments are super nice.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like that the workplace feels safe and comfortable. Job security is very high, so that's a big plus, and people mostly seem to enjoy working there. It's a young, vibrant place to work.
