- What did you like most about the interview process?The interview process initially was positive, but maybe understated. I think I realized later how the marketing department simply needed someone quickly.
- What are some of the best things about your team?My team was part of a tight ecosystem in the midst of a frenetic environment and made the days enjoyable, even if it were a tribal response to trauma.

- What needs to change to make the company culture better?It starts at the top. Treating people outwardly as unskilled and not appreciating their accomplishments and knowledge except in clumsy, inconsistent times is not effective.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The compensation was below what it should be competitively. The major disfunction was constant shrinking of personnel and expecting it all to simply be absorbed by fewer and fewer people.
