What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very open in trying things and given a lot of freedom to work your day. Also provide a lot of trust.
The environment of innovation and a lot of stimulus
The company understand that our personal life is important
Many cultures, many perspectives! Communication is very open
Managers and directors NEVER belittle their subordinates! Its understood everyone makes mistakes and everyone can learn together from them.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Great to meet the team and not just focus on work experience but also about the person.
Speaking with a lot of people before being hired
People was calm. The environment was comfy
There was a measurable next step along the way
I was interviewed by our EVP, Head of Marketing, Head of Operations, and Head of IT all separately. All of them asked me different questions and offered varying feedback which I valued greatly.

Very flexible setup and can do a lot of my own hours. I love the product and how it really helps people's business.
