An actual cost of living wage instead of 2-3% while the ceo is making 100x what the average employee makes telling us they can’t afford a raise. Benefits are horrib

Fire the CEO and hire someone who actually knows how to produce paper and what it takes to run efficiently
Hire the correct amount of people... get leadership that stays and involve employees in meetings
