Waste of time by a group of wannabes who would only climb the ladder to benefit themselves No loyalty
They teach you skills so you can always have the knowledge and chance to grow with the company

Fair, competitive and balanced. Also challenging.

They are experienced and professional
My team is highly successful and when called upon we knock out issues and we all participate in giving corrective advise to the areas.
Very skilled knowledgable workers always willing to help each other out
Being able to keep the plant running
Great attitudes, always on time, and excellent communication with each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Does not concern us but we all show give respect towards each other as humans regardless.

when i was offer the job possition.
What makes you most happy at work?
Leaving each day knowing I performed my duties to the best of my abilities and was not just a burden to the mills overall profit.
