Working together more cohesively and encouraging innovation and creativity from all employees
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The retirement plan is the best part of our package
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Performance is not regularly rewarded through compensation. Additionally, those who underperform may be rewarded more so than those employees who work harder.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work with people are love their job and are willing to go the extra mile to get it done, even when it is not appreciated.
My close team is great. However, the larger department is borderline toxic.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

It feels like a family environment

In my division, equitable treatment would be nice.
