What do you like best about the leadership team?
Coaching, human, i feel a sense of being on the same team.
Everyone is pretty laid-back. Small crew
They are good people and down to earth

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary is pretty fair i think
I paid $30 a check for the best insurance I've ever had
Health care, penion, without a weeking cost
My medical benefits and hourly wage

What are some of the best things about your team?
They are experienced, professolnal, & hardworking.
Nobody lazy and we look out for each other
We are on the same page.
For the most part they come to work to earn their money

Actually collaborate on meetings and implement what is discussed
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people and the cleaning lady are great to talk to
The people, well most of the people I work with
The ease of flow, team members
We have a self driven work force at our location. Not much management involvement.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
A full cultural shift from senior management

Better communication and fair resolutions to issues. Bullying should never be allowed.
There are some managers that need to be moved around. Don't promote someone just because you think you owe it to them.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The different scope of managers that interviewed me.
Easy and access your skills
It was quick and to the point
The group session where we all had to put in our input about a certain subject they presented to us
The Sand bag test was good
