Fun and kind..could work on communication and setting expectations on a more permanent basis and not a case by case situation

Organice better , dont lie to emplyees do to their own necessities , no doing ilegally dont acepting doctor appointments that are very necessary for health .

I get mileage for traveling to different labs!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a team lesd, its kind of disheartening when new hires are coming in and making more money than I am. At that point, I do feel undervalued.
Having some satudays off without using my pto. Getting paid as everine else
What are some of the best things about your team?
Theres is cute locations , and they hace good supplies to work , thats all .
They help me when I need it, come to me for help, and let me know when changes happen while I'm on vacation.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Not just be on the computer and help draw blood
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Appreciation and teamwork. Understanding the need to do your job and do it well
Everyone tries to make patients feel welcome and co workers feel important and needed.
We all pretty much work well together and we know what it's going to take to get the job done.

They can improve almost everything , it looks like a good place to work but then you notice is not that good .
