What do you like best about the leadership team?
Friendly and respective and suportive!
My leadership has always been super helpful, and informative. Energetic with loads of knowledge on our products, my team manager is always willing to be helpful, and lend me her expertise.
They are accessible and caring

Realistic expectations based on company trends. Understanding that the company must change and modernize to be successful.

New products with extras amazing.

As expectations, responsibilities, workload, and stress increase, compensation stays the same

Everyone has always been super friendly and helpful, wether it be a quick question, or their personal assistance, my team is always willing to lend a helping hand.

Continuing education is the most I’ve seen in this industry. Employees are educated

We need to improve our clienteling, but we need a modern system and current technology to do so

More feeling of security, modern technology, and a cleaner and updated environment
