Managers, and department heads are paid well, where department staff is vastly underpaid for the work expected to be churned out.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Great people, team oriented and intelligent.
The team works very well together. Staff is motivated to put out their best work and is often recognized for doing so.

Work environment is very calm and motivational. Employees are very nice as well as managers. Team building events are held often.
