Mr. Stephen M. Robb, also known as Steve, has been the Chief Financial Officer of the Clorox Company since November 16, 2011 and its Executive Vice President since November 2014. Mr. Robb served as a Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at Clorox Company since October 2004 and Senior Vice President since November 2011, directed all of its financial planning and analysis processes. Since 2004, he has overseen The Clorox Company's cost savings efforts, which have produced an average of $100 million in savings annually under his stewardship. He joined Clorox in 1989 and is the senior executive responsible for strategic planning for the global companies financial activities and investor relations. He served as Vice President of Global Finance at Clorox. Mr. Robb served as the Vice President of Finance & Accounting, Household Segment of Clorox Co. He joined Clorox in 1989 and has held assignments in multiple business units and corporate staff positions, including Vice President of Finance & Accounting, Glad??? Products and director - Product Supply F&A. He served at United Postal Service and Sears Roebuck. He has been a Director of TrueBlue, Inc. since April 1, 2016. Mr. Robb holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Economics from San Jose State University.
