It has been amazing. Starting working here out of college and never left. The Cloud family is a real thing. Even on the day my first child was born I was getting texts from all the partners/managers/everyone. Really fun place to work with really great people.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The structure is set for you to succeed. The pay structure gives you the chance to grow your book of business and salary.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Since it is a smaller company, everyone is hands-on and very helpful. If I ever have an issue, I can get an answer almost instantly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Deal songs. Every person has one. When you get a deal, everyone gets to hear your song and everyone gets to celebrate as a company.
What makes you most happy at work?
The relaxed environment. Sure, there are times when stuff needs to get done, but for the most part, it is a "work hard, play hard" work environment.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was in a relaxed environment. I was not interviewed in a conference room in front of 3 people with bright lights over my head. We grabbed lunch, talked about my goals and where the company is.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone is so helpful. From the moment I walked in the doors 4 years ago, I have been given every opportunity to succeed. Even when struggling at the beginning, managers and CEO (which you probably won't find in other companies) would stay late or take extra time to figure out why I was struggling.
