What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The caring and giving back attitude of upper management.

Again, the laughter, the light-heartedness, and the parties we have that really allow us to blow off steam in a constructive way.

Everyone has an opportunity to speak and be heard.

It's a relaxing feeling and a feeling of belonging

We are treated as family, always taking care of each other and pitching in on big projects when needed.

The company culture at Cloud8sixteen is very relaxed but professional. The team genuinely acts like a family and we're all focused on providing the best possible product for our clients.

Deal songs. Every person has one. When you get a deal, everyone gets to hear your song and everyone gets to celebrate as a company.

Everyone loves to have fun and does not make this seem like a job.

I keep going back to this but we call ourselves the Cloud Family and we mean it.
