We just sat down like equals and discussed general expectations. I think when they saw that I was a normal person just like them, they figured I would be a cool addition to the team. And I am!

The interview process was efficient. There wasn't a lot of wasted time. After the interview, I was even more excited to join the team.

It was in a relaxed environment. I was not interviewed in a conference room in front of 3 people with bright lights over my head. We grabbed lunch, talked about my goals and where the company is.

I didn't even realize I was being interviewed. They really want to get to know the person and a traditional interview doesn't give you that chance.
