Even when our market outlook is uncertain, there is a lot of confidence in our ability to work things out.

We are a culture of do-ers. There is a high level of enthusiasm and willingness to do whatever necessary to succeed. We definitely think broadly and creatively, too, in an attempt to be innovative, try new things and find new ways to succeed.
