Compensation is fair. We also have off half days on Fridays throughout the summer which is nice to spend extra time with the family.

It was a solid interview with a complete background check. The company looks to see how you want to grow professionally and personally which is nice.

We have a few employees that make our monthly company happy hours enjoyable for all. It's a fun way for everybody to learn more about each other.

I like that all the employees in leadership are intuitive individuals. They listen and they take the advice that makes the most sense for the company. Nobody acts like they are above another.
