What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like best about the leadership team is their supportive and inclusive approach. They are open to new ideas and provide clear guidance, inspiring us to achieve our goals.
It's a great opportunity to get chance to interact with your CEO directly weekly, where not all companies have that flexibility. Managers are always ready to listen new ideas and we would get a chance to apply those new ideas at work.
The entire leadership team is very approachable and supportive.
