We have job and task objectives but no one constantly looks over our shoulders. They trust us to do our work
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We can reach our to our leaders by tagging them in our company comm channels. They respond. The C-level folks like the CEO & COO join team building events and they are down to earth. They wear the same uniforms as rank & file too. Quite inclusive.
