What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are engaging and makes the effor to troubleshoot issues and not just try to keep their posts
We can reach our to our leaders by tagging them in our company comm channels. They respond. The C-level folks like the CEO & COO join team building events and they are down to earth. They wear the same uniforms as rank & file too. Quite inclusive.

collaborative and mentors each other
We have job and task objectives but no one constantly looks over our shoulders. They trust us to do our work

The recruiter was fair and tried to assure me not to be nervious :D
