Well.. its a 11 years old start up and its still start up. I never comment something on company but surely on the people.. They dnt have upword communication system, management at decision making level shoulder the bossism, especially the Marketing. Least budget spend organization and expect more.ie

culture of the organization, irregular meetings, no sense of official meetings
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
need focus on those who are at 5+ years,.. contribution mapping, respect to individual irrespective of their level, bossism
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
most of my co works are 5+ years old, that made them to feel they own the company.. so people should change their way and attitude, HR least bothered here...no respect, no maintenance etc...
