Instead of demotivating employees motivate employees, appreciate them, allow employees to work on their speciality or towards their profile instead of forcing them to change their carrier path. Give them progress as per their real efforts not by favoritism

My job profile got changed and forcefully put me into a profile which can be manage by any junior. No progress always humilation at work place less salary no improvement from anyside j
