What do you like best about the leadership team?
there is not much that i like about the leadership team
Focuses on growing a great company by keeping smart and capable staff. Really trains and nurtures staff to be dedicated to customer service. Fun and flexible work environment
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Team actually needs to show leadership. Theres too much emotions in the decision making that they forget what is actually the issue.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Monthly bonuses when montly sales are made
Can be customized to fit with short and long-term goals.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The idea of forcing us to make sales and to be only compensated with a 5 dollar club bucks..
under paid. not given credit when credit is due. inflexible schedule

Coachable always going above expectations
That we all share the same frustration
friendly. easy to speak to.
We each bring something different to the group, some have worked at Neiman Marcus and some have worked at thrift stores and we each contribute skills that improve our team.

Ok the most useless company
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The inteaction between Upper Management and Store level employees
Everyone's input is considered at meetings.

managers and employees attitudes and behavior at work
