John Pietrowicz — Chief Financial Officer and Senior Managing Director at CME Group

Mr. John W. Pietrowicz has been the Chief Financial Officer of CME Group Inc. since December 2014 and has been its Senior Managing Director since December 10, 2014. Mr. Pietrowicz has been the Chief Financial Officer at New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. since January 2015. He served as Senior Managing Director of Business Development and Corporate Finance at CME Group Inc. since 2010 and also served as its Deputy Chief Financial Officer from April 2009 to February 2010, Managing Director of Business Development & Corporate Finance since February 2010, Director of Corporate Finance since October 25, 2004, Managing Director of Corporate Finance & Treasury from February 19, 2006 to April 2009 and Deputy Chief Financial Officer & Managing Director from April 2009 to February 2010. He served as Controller of Chicago Mercantile Exchange Holdings Inc.'s SecurityLink subsidiary. Before joining CME in 2003, he served as the Chief Financial Officer for the Merchants' Exchange, an electronic commodities exchange based in Chicago from 2001 to 2003. He also held financial leadership positions for Ameritech from 1988 to 2001. He began his career as an Auditor for Arthur Andersen LLP. He served as an Independent Director of Bolsa Mexicana de Valores, S.A.B. de C.V. He has been a Director of S&P Dow Jones Indices LLC since July 2, 2012. He is a Certified Public Accountant. He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame in 1986 and an MBA degree in finance from Loyola University in 1992.
