He has been an Independent Director of First Midwest BanCorp Inc. since August 2010. He serves as a Director of First Midwest Bank Inc. and The Board of Trade of the City of Chicago, Inc. He serves as a Director of CME Clearing Europe, CME Group's UK Clearing House. He served as a Director at CME Group Inc. from May 2012 to November 15, 2016. He served as an Independent Director of Bolsa Mexicana de Valores, S.A.B. de C.V. (BMV). He served as a Director of Bursa Malaysia Derivatives Bhd since 2009. He served as Member of Competitive Advisory Council of CME Group Inc. since January 2016. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance in 1985 and an MBA in 1987 from Washington State University.
