Working in help desk, the environment is toxic. I do not recommend working in that department specifically. Outside of it; however, is wonderful. The issue is clearly management.

The coworkers are great knowledgeable and helpful people. Management, not so much.

Better management needs to be put on place that understands the scope of the job.
