Mr. Bruce Baude has been the Chief Operations & Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of CNO Financial Group, Inc. since July 2012. Mr. Baude served as the Chief Operating Officer of UniVita Health, Inc. Mr. Baude served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of ProCard Inc. Mr. Baude served as the Chief Executive Officer of Long Term Care Group, a subsidiary of UniVita Health, Inc. since 2005. He has more than 15 years of information technology, financial services and credit card processing experience to his leadership role in the ProCard Inc. Mr. Baude has been instrumental in growing the business and sustaining its position at the forefront of the commercial card technology and services market. He had an extensive career with IBM and also served in several executive IT management positions at Bank One Corporation, including Chief Executive of its credit card processing subsidiary. Mr. Baude holds B.Sc in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from University of Colorado-Boulder in 1986.
