Company doesn't care for there employees only looking out for themselves
I do not have a fixed bonus and wage annual increase is about only 2%.
What are some of the best things about your team?
people want to get things accomplished
Most of people are very kind and smart.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stop being sluts and having some dignity
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Good health benefits but it ends right there
Nothing really it's a unprofessional environment
There are many senior associates and culture is very mature.
