the company is filled with people that have substance abuse problems especially mangers. The mangers are passive aggressive they and don't effectively communicate what they want. Sexual homophobic jokes are made along with very colorful rasicts joke by mangers least expected.

mangers need more train higher interpersonal skills.

it was an interview then they gave me the job easy

mangers need to be under strict supervision because they believe that they have become indisposibe to the company
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
only the mangers need improvement not effectively communicating, playing favorites, sexual advances on coworker taking problem in their own life or past out on you. the list is so long i need to write a full paper.
