Industry leading commission structures for recruiters, emphasis on the skill of recruiting - recruiter commission split is higher than account manager commission split.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Highly experienced team of recruiters, some of the best in the industry with decades of experience. Extremely intelligent, hard-working, excellent people who care about each other both at and outside of work. Feels like a work family.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Supportive, invested in each other's success, coworkers are always willing to lend a hand or a fresh perspective on challenging recruiting situations. Folks have each other's back when people need time away from work - whether on vacation, dealing with family emergencies, etc.

What makes you most happy at work?
Solving staffing issues for clients but finding them the best talent available. Getting candidates incredible, career-changing job offers with great companies with meaningful compensation increases. Interacting with coworkers, cracking jokes, seeing new people succeed in the business. And $$
