Mr. Frank L. Hanagarne, Jr., has been the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Coeur Mining, Inc. since February 4, 2013 and October 1, 2011, respectively. Mr. Hanagarne served as the Chief Financial Officer of Coeur Mining, Inc. from October 1, 2011 to June 3, 2013. He served as the President of Board of Directors of Valcambi SA and served as its Chief Operating Officer since early 2011. Prior to that, he served as a Director of Corporate Development for Newmont. His 17 years of service at Newmont has included positions of increasing responsibility within key areas of its operations and business functions as well as environmental, health and safety. He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Reno and a Bachelor of Metallurgical Engineering degree from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology.
