What do you like best about the leadership team?
Once in awhile they will listen to a good idea that I might have for the business.
The communication and open door policy is encouraging and keeps me going.

Everyone doing everything not one person
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The company matches the savings.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The owner is cheap and greedy
Fair Market Rate Compensation based on value added to the company relative to geographic compensation averages
We are in a never ending cycle of paying the groverment, our money as well as our rights.
I make 10 cents over minimum wage and on a medical for only 30 hrs. per week. I am just barely making it. I need to paid more per hour.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work to our fullest potential and give 210% every day.
Again. The mutual respect and open communication.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
To go over stuff that needs to be cleaned bot how to steam milk
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The customers are the best
We all get along very well, and we are friends outside of work.
We are very fortunate and allowed to share our personal experiences throughout the day alleviating stress.

Knowing that I do make a difference every day. If I was not there, I believe that my co- workers would struggle.
